We focus our efforts on providing and improving a safe working environment for our employees, subcontractors, clients and the general public. To this end, we continuously review our existing systems and controls.

We comply with the latest Health and Safety at work act. Compliance with our HS policy, and the achievement of our HS objectives is everybody’s goal, underpinned by active and highly visible commitment and participation by all levels of leadership within the organisation. Our motto is simple:  ‘Think safe, Be Safe.’  It reminds our staff that before undertaking a task, they must ensure they have considered the safety of themselves and the other around them.

We ensure that we accurately report and record incidents and allow any interested party to provide us with feedback and improvement ideas that will improve our safety and safety policies.  We measure our performance against targets and ensure the target are continuous reviewed for relevance and impact.

We train our staff and ensure people have the right competences to undertake their respective roles in a safe manner.
