This is a practical, advanced course aimed at applying advanced lean-six sigma business improvement techniques in the manufacturing and service industries.
This course combines the use of statistics and business / manufacturing process analysis to identify hidden instances of waste, and to determine how they can be eliminated. This course enables employees to conduct advanced data analysis and structured business experiments with a view to understanding the company value stream – the key to the success or failure of process design.
As an advanced course, it is only open to those who have previously completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course.
