Over 1.1 million companies globally are certified to the current ISO9001:2008 Quality Management Standard.  The newest release of the standard ISO9001:2015 will have a significant changes on your current approach.  According to the Chartered Quality Institute the new standard will have fundamental change on both the structure and content of your existing system.  The new standard should be implemented in organisations by September 2018.  So there is still time to develop a new system or transition from an old system to the new standard.

2. Discuss Quality Policy and Objectives with leadership (On-Site)
3.Conduct initial site assessment of existing processes against the current standard to establish maturity of the system (On-Site)
4.Provide gap analysis and recommendations  (Report)
5. Provide training in process mapping, standard operation procedures and KPI’s. (On-Site)
6.Select staff to map out processes and provide remote coaching sessions and onsite review if required.
7. Help develop new processes if required (On-Site)
8. Revisit quality objectives and KPI dashboard
9.Develop Quality manual
10. Review documentation, conduct final audit (On-Site)
11. Report back to Management team
12. Apply for certification
