Quality Policy

The development, implementation and continual review of our Quality Management System reflect our commitment to the fundamental principles of quality management. Our processes and policies are designed to encourage:

In this way, we will consistently deliver a world class training and consultancy experience for our clients.  We are committed to exceeding our customers’  expectations through  the continuous improvement of our systems, processes and capability.

In support of our stated policy, our quality objectives are as follows:

  • To maintain a customer satisfaction measure of not less than 92%
  • To conduct a minimum of three management reviews annually
  • To audit our Quality Management System twice per year
